With his experience across leading hotel chains like The Leela, The Orchid and VITS, he knows that focusing and creating of people is an important aspect of business. Sidharth Sharma brings over 15 years of experience in strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. At Creative Newtech, he has played a key role in streamlining operations and driving cost-efficiency. Outside of work, Sidharth enjoys traveling especially to the mountains and spending quality time with his family.

Prof. Suresh Bhagavatula

Suresh Bhagavatula is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at
the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). He is the Chairperson of the Entrepreneurship area. He was the earlier Chairperson of NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning
(NSRCEL). It is one of the earliest incubators in India having started 20 years ago. His research interests are in two over lapping domains –
entrepreneurship and social networks. In entrepreneurship, he looks at both low and high technology firms in India. Within the social network domain he is interested in understanding the influence of social capital on performance of entrepreneurs and teams. His research work has been published in top management journals of the world. He was the academic director of many entrepreneurial training programs at IIM Bangalore, including Management Program for Entrepreneurs and Family Businesses, Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs, 10000 Women Program, Women Startup Program, etc. He was one of the co-founders of the organisation HeadStart, which runs a monthly event called Start up Saturday, which is now spread across 12 cities in India.

Mr. Mihir Shah comes from a Commerce background and is a seasoned professional in the field of Finance and Accounts with over 22 years of extensive experience. He is currently serving as the Chief Accountant at Universal Resource Inc., a Brazil-based multinational company engaged in oil drilling operations for ONGC. In this role, he oversees critical financial functions, ensures compliance, and manages reporting for international operations. Prior to this, Mr. Shah held key accounting positions at Globus Rubchem Private Limited, a prominent importer of rubber chemical products, where he handled financial management and import-related accounting. He also worked with Coral Labs Limited, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, where he gained valuable industry-specific accounting experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Shah has demonstrated deep expertise in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls. His broad experience across diverse industries has equipped him with a versatile skill set. He is known for his accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to financial integrity. Mr. Shah continues to bring value through his strategic insights and financial acumen.
