Leveraging her pharmaceutical experience and IIM-A Warehouse design and management studies, she led Creative’s transition from volume-driven to end-to-end distribution for experiential brands. With an experience of more than 35 years in the industry, and his close association with large format retailers and online giants like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and many others, he gives a special touch to the distribution business in this box-moving industry. With years of experience at his side, he manages all major B2B relationships with ease and competence like no other. He is also the whole-time director at Creative Peripherals.

Mr. Abhijit, our Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he has served as a CFO for more than eight years, leading two successful IPOs. His rich professional journey includes roles with renowned brands like Garnier India, Srinagar Cinemas, and Novartis Consumer Health. His extensive knowledge and skills are invaluable assets to our organization.

With an MBA in International Finance (UK) and a Professional Company Secretary with over 14 years of experience and also holds degree in LL.B, Mr. Tejas Doshi, is skilled in IPO, Listing Regulations, Companies Act provisions, SEBI Guidelines, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance of Listed Companies along with handling all legal disputes and litigations, coordinating with the external counsels, assisting in the drafting of petitions, and suits, appearing in the Courts and regulators on behalf of the Company.

Ms. Prachi Jain is a chartered accountant with experience at illustrious companies such as Bilimoria Mehta & Co. and Ernst & Young. Currently, she is a partner at Vicky & Co., Chartered Accountants. Her areas of expertise include GST audit assessments and Income Tax, specializing in Foreign Expatriates Income Tax.

Having vast experience of more than 25 years working in leadership positions that involves strategic planning, financial management, corporate accounting, setting up and monitoring systems and processes, Mr. Kurian has gained a practical hands-on approach with pragmatic decision making. He has both the accreditations of being a chartered accountant and a CFO that makes him even more inspiring.

Professor Suresh Bhagavatula is a distinguished figure in the field of entrepreneurship, serving as a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Formerly the Chair of the Entrepreneurship Area and NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL), he holds a PhD from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. With a research focus on entrepreneurship and social networks, he has contributed significantly to the academic domain and is also known for his entrepreneurial ventures and co-founding HeadStart.

Over a span of two decades, Mr. Mihir has accumulated extensive corporate experience encompassing diverse roles including accountancy, financial management, statutory auditing, global reporting, and various responsibilities related to taxation, import, and export. His multifaceted background allows him to possess an in-depth understanding of his work, consequently enhancing the company’s credibility and reliability.

With over 20 years of experience in IT and having pursued an MBA in marketing and engineering in Electronics and Telecom, Mr Amol has gained expertise in identifying the latest market opportunities coupled with excellent team management and communication skills. As the National Product Head, it is his responsibility to oversee the profitable management of the product portfolio.

Upendra has more than 30 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing which has made him extremely knowledgeable in the domain of sales generation and market penetration. Being the National Sales head, he drives national channel and corporate sales. In addition to this, he boasts a total of 11 years experience in the IT Hardware industry.

Mitesh Shah began as an Internal Auditor at Creative in 1998, swiftly rising to General Manager-Finance. Recently having completed 25 years with the company, he’s a pivotal figure, handling Logistics, Operations, and Cash Flow Management effortlessly. As one of the longest-serving employees, his insights are crucial in decision-making. He is Instrumental in the company’s digital transition and ensures seamless expansion across segments.

A result-oriented professional with over 22 years of achievement-driven experience in supply chain management. Holding an MBA in Operations Management, he excels in end-to-end imports and exports, rate agreements, negotiation, and cost-effective distribution. Dhiraj is a seasoned expert in logistics, and inventory management, and has successfully implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System as a Management Representative. His key result areas include supply chain networking and certification processes. As a firm believer in organizational values, Dhiraj’s situational leadership, effective resource planning, and client management skills contribute to optimizing productivity and profitability for the company.
