We collect e-waste via PRO support, with collection bins and a toll-free coordination service. Customers receive incentives for disposal.
Exchange & Coupons
Customers returning end-of-life (EOL) products receive a 1% discount voucher (up to ₹1000) redeemable on future purchases.

In the event of disposing off your products which have been imported by us, you may kindly call us at our Toll-Free Number 1800-212-7880, from 10am to 7pm (All Days Except Sunday) for assistance.

The service is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs.
- The product will be safely recycled.
- Please carry and deposit your product at the location address specified to you.
- We are not obliged to reimburse the customer the scrap value/any other value of the E–waste product surrendered by the customer to the authorized collection center or picked up from the Customer’s place.
- Local conditions of authorized recycler policy will apply.
- We reserve the right to change/amend this policy.
