Key Responsibility
Maintaining and updating stock reports for LFR (Large Format Retail) accounts.
Facilitate the creation of new articles in LFR partner systems by providing accurate data as per provided templates.
Follow up with LFR accounts to ensure timely receipt and processing of purchase orders (POs).
Maintaining data related to schemes and offers and ensure Credit Notes (CNs) are processed efficiently.
Keep an up-to-date Scheme, CN, and DN sheet for Samsung Monitors within LFR accounts.
Tracking invoicing processes and maintaining accurate records. Conduct payment follow-ups and account reconciliation on an account-wise basis.
Managing the Daily Report Tracker with detailed follow-up actions and closure remarks ensuring all documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Core Competencies
Ability to identify potential demand and convert it into revenue opportunities.
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp, and web browsing.
Background knowledge in IT hardware, peripherals, accessories, components, or electronic gadgets sales is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with LFR accounts and other stakeholders.
Strong interpretation and grasping skills to work with minimal supervision and deliver results.
