Key Responsibility

  • Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of all payments. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers without deviations. Timely conversion of sales orders into invoices while adhering to 100% compliance with credit policies.
  • Conduct physical stock-taking in the prescribed format and submit reports to the Head Office (HO).Update logistics fields in the ERP system promptly.
  • Ensure same-day submission of purchase invoices and transfer orders related to the branch in the ERP system. Timely issuance of customer credit notes for Material Return Notes (MRN) or claims. Submit petty cash vouchers promptly for ERP recording.
  • Maintain regular communication with branches, sales teams, the HO, and local VAT/GST consultants. Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
  • Strategically reduce local freight costs through effective planning and negotiation. Facilitate smooth coordination within the branch and with transporters for timely deliveries.
  • Oversee branch hygiene, beautification, and maintenance. Foster a culture of discipline, time management, and professionalism among branch staff.
