|As a Business Development Manager for our Extended Warranty division, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and revenue streams. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth in the extended warranty sector. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the extended warranty market and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
|Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in the extended warranty industry.
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to develop competitive advantages.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Business Development to create a comprehensive business development strategy for the extended warranty business segment.
Develop short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and target potential clients, partners, and distributors in the extended warranty sector.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients, manufacturers, and industry associations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing information about the benefits and value of our extended warranty solutions.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
Present the benefits of our extended warranty products and services, addressing client pain points and objections effectively.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures to secure profitable agreements.
Ensure that contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
