Key Responsibility

  • Manage and grow sales of IT hardware products such as COOLER MASTER, IBALL, HONEYWELL, AOC, and Samsung PC/Laptop peripherals.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors. Develop strategies for expanding the dealer and distribution network.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth. Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
